Delete your HDive account

You can permanently delete your HDive account and all of its data at any time, from within the app or on the web — you do not need to contact us to do this:

1. Sign in to HDive — in the app, or on the web at hdive.ppvnx.com/login.
2. Return to this page and tap Delete my account, then confirm.

Deleting your account immediately and permanently removes:

• your account and email address;
• every movie or show you liked or marked (watched, wishlist, not-interested);
• any pending email-verification or password-reset codes;
• your session — you are signed out everywhere.

This action cannot be undone. We do not retain your personal data after deletion; only short-lived server logs (IP address and request metadata, kept to operate the service and prevent abuse, as described in our Privacy Policy) expire on their own schedule.

If you cannot sign in or have questions about deletion, email [email protected] from the address on the account and we will delete it for you.
